Silo White Ale (abv 4.5%) – A crisp light beer brewed with wheat. Named in honor of the white grain silos at Chelsea Milling Company across the street. Waterloo Wheat (abv 5.4%) - A refreshing American style wheat ale Cafe Noir Coffee Stout (abv 4.6%) - We brewed this stout with fair trade coffee from Higher Grounds in Traverse City sourced from our friends at the Global Marketplace here in Chelsea. Morchella Porter (abv 5.7%) – This robust, slightly astringent porter is full of roasty flavor. Named in honor of the legendary Goodrich Club at Albion College, where Chris and many good friends have lived. Bog Trail Brown Ale (abv 5.0%) - A malt-forward nutty English sytle brown named for our favorite hiking trail at the Waterloo Recreation Area. Fun Fact: Waterloo Recreation Area encompasses 400 square miles! Yellow Dog IPA (abv 7.2%) - Our hoppiest IPA named for the iconic Yellow Dog River in the UP. We would suggest casting a Betty McNault or maybe an Adam’s Parachute… Hollier 8 (abv 7.8%) - A Double American brown ale based on the Hollier 6. This beer is best a little warm so we serve it in a tulip glass so your hand can warm the beer. Pendulum Pale (abv 5.9%) - An American style IPA with fruity citrus notes. Irontown IPA (abv 6.1%) BACK SOON- An American style IPA named for the Founder/Brewer's home town, Negaunee, an iron mining town in the UP Hollier 6 (abv 6.25%) BACK SOON - An American brown ale punched up with a healthy dose of American hops. The Hollier automobile was manufactured in Chelsea in the early 1900's. Roosevelt Rye (abv 6.2%) BACK SOON - A bold pale ale brewed with rye for its earthy malt characteristics. Named for our 26th President Teddy Roosevelt who was rather bold himself. Interstellar Black IPA (abv 6.9%) - BACK SOON - IPA's were meant to take long voyages. The Voyager 1 (and 2) spacecraft has been shooting away from earth for over 3 decades and is ALMOST out of our solar system and into interstellar space. Cheers to that! Dexter Bakery Pretzels - served warm with house blended dipping cheese Salsa & Chips – Fresh house-made salsa served with chips by Ann Arbor Tortilla Chip Factory. (Gluten Free) Hummus Plate – Garlicky house-made hummus served with warm pita, pretzel chips, and carrots. Meat & Cheese Plate - A selection of tasty treats from around the globe inducing smoked salmon, Stilton, and cheeses from Zingerman's S A N D W I C H E S & S A L A D S All sandwiches are grilled on a pretzel bun and served with kettle chips, pickle, red onion, and tomatoes. Pub Salad - Spring greens, red onion, tomato, cucumber, feta with house-made basil vinaigrette. Pub Club Wrap - Turkey, ham, bacon, and cheddar cheese rolled in a tortilla with tomato, red onion, lettuce and a fantastic sun-dried tomato aoli. Veggie Wrap - Spring greens, tomatoes, red onion, cucumbers, carrots, Swiss Cheese, hummus and our tomato aioli Spicy Italian - Hot & sweet Capicolla, pepperoni, ham, provolone Ham & Swiss – Grilled black forest ham & Swiss cheese with honeycup mustard. Turkey & Bacon – Turkey & bacon & provolone melted together with some awesome house-made pesto mayo. Grilled Cheese – Your choice of up to three cheeses: Provolone, Swiss, or Cheddar.
